Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 August 2026

These terms cover your use of Lekvanta and the professional services you buy through it. By creating an account or paying for a service, you agree to them.

Who we are

Lekvanta is an independent, CA-assisted professional services practice operating in India. We prepare and file registrations, returns and licences on behalf of our clients.

We are not a government department and not a government portal. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the Income Tax Department, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Registrar of Companies, the GST authorities, or any other government body. Approval of any application rests with the relevant department, not with us.

What we do

We act on your instructions as your authorised representative for the engagement you have paid for. We prepare the application, check the supporting documents you give us, and submit them to the relevant department.

We do not guarantee that a department will approve an application, nor how long a department will take once a submission is made. Where a timeline is shown on your case, it is our working estimate for the stages we control.

Pricing and fees

Every price shown on this site is a professional fee for our work. It is stated in full before you pay, and there are no additional charges added at checkout.

Lekvanta is not registered under GST. No GST is charged on our professional fees. You will not see a GST line on your invoice, and none is payable to us.

Professional fees are separate from statutory government fees, challans, stamp duty and portal charges. Those are set by the department concerned and are payable by you at actuals. Where a statutory fee applies to your case, we tell you the amount before it is paid.

All amounts are in Indian rupees.

How the service is delivered

Everything runs through your Lekvanta account. You pay for the service, submit your details, and upload the documents we ask for. Your case is then tracked stage by stage in the same record our consultants work from, so you can see exactly where it stands.

What we need from you

The information and documents you give us must be accurate, complete and yours to share.
Respond to requests for clarification or additional documents. A case cannot move forward without them, and a department may reject a delayed reply.
Keep your account credentials to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

If a filing is rejected or delayed because the information you supplied was wrong or incomplete, any resubmission or fresh statutory fee is your cost.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your data

How we handle the information and documents you send us is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Limits

Our responsibility for any engagement is limited to the professional fee you paid us for that engagement. We are not responsible for statutory penalties, interest or losses arising from information you supplied, from a department's decision, or from a delay outside our control.

Nothing on this site is legal or tax advice for your specific circumstances. Advice is given on your case, by the consultant handling it.

Ending an engagement

You may stop an engagement at any time by writing to us. What is refundable at that point depends on how far the work has gone — see the Refund Policy. We may decline or discontinue an engagement where the information given to us is false, where the work would be unlawful, or where we are unable to obtain what a department requires.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top. Terms in force when you paid apply to that engagement.
